Open source accessibility technologies can serve people inclusion. They can generate new links between employees, partners or individuals with visual or hearing impairments. But traditional projects are managed from a technical angle, trying to deal with a form of disability or another. This is a frequent error, as organisational challenges have to be addressed in the first place.
